The Associate Board of Catholic Charities Health and Human Services has introduced a leadership development program called Catholic Emerging Leaders (CEL). CEL will help emerging leaders develop their leadership skills, knowledge and exposure.
The cornerstone of the program is a series of growth experiences developed to provide leadership training and immersion experiences to enable participants to understand Catholic Charities and the Diocese of Cleveland more completely and to explore social services, civic and religious issues facing our communities.
