This past week I received a letter from Bishop Lennon assigning me to Holy Angel Parish, Bainbridge as a parochial vicar (formerly called an associate pastor). At this time there are no pastorates open and I was encouraged to apply for a pastorate as they do become open. (more…)

For many people the mystery of the Trinity can get lost in the question of how we can profess to believe in three Persons but only one God. That leads to the realm of philosophy and the demonstration that our belief is not contrary to reason. Our belief is certainly non-rational or beyond reason, but it is certainly not irrational or against reason. (more…)

In Appreciation… We will be having cake and coffee after the 10 a.m. mass in the Social Hall on June 20th in Appreciation for Fr. Clyde Foster. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The Ozanam Center at the Visitation of Mary is in desperate need of furniture for our clients. We need usable couches, chairs, dressers and mattresses to assist our clients in setting up homes they can live in more comfortably. (more…)
