Night at the Races

St BernardSt Mary ‘Night at the Races’ will be held on Friday, May 4, at Emidio’s Banquet Center. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for the purchase of the parish pickup truck and snowplow that will be used at the church and school, as well as for the parish Hunger Programs. Next weekend, representatives from the Night at the Races committee will be selling tickets after all Masses and at coffee hour. The “Race for Horsepower” tickets are $40 each, which includes dinner, beer and wine and a chance to win a 4 day/3 night stay at Sunset Resorts in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Horses are on sale at $20 each. Sponsors of individual races are $125 each. You need not attend the event to sponsor a horse or race. Program ads are available in three sizes.
