Mark your calendars for Saturday . There will be a work party at our cemetery. A number of grave markers have tipped and many hands will be needed to reset markers, level new soil and plant seed. Shovels and rakes required. A forklift and operator will be provided as some markers weigh over 1000 lbs. Time: 9:00 AM Saturday until Noon. Volunteers may be needed in the afternoon also, as the machine operator will likely continue to work into the afternoon.
